Granger & Co.King's Cross in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to help lead busy all-day service across our London restaurants. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Group Head Chef to manage daily operations, ordering and rosters, bringing energy and composure during peak services.
You will lead training for both kitchen and front of house teams, ensuring every dish is cooked, plated and served with care and consistency, while driving seasonal menu changes and supplier relationships.
