Granger & Co.King's Cross in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our full-time team across London restaurants. You’ll help lead the kitchen day to day, ensure every service runs smoothly, and that each plate looks beautiful for our guests.
You’ll work closely with Head Chef and Group Head Chef, oversee ordering, rota management, and drive seasonal menu changes, while training kitchen and front-of-house staff with energy, calm, and care.
