Your Role in the Fast Lane
As an Aftersales Advisor at Edinburgh Aston Martin & Rolls Royce, you're the heartbeat of our Aftersales operation. You'll be the friendly face and the calm voice that guides our guests through servicing, repairs, and everything in between. No two days are the same – and that's just how we like it!
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the go-to liaison between guests and the workshop – smooth, seamless, and always smiling.
- Explain faults, repairs, and solutions in a way that makes sense and builds trust.
- Promote services and products that genuinely help our guests.
- Keep our systems sharp – accurate records, clear communication, and top-notch compliance.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solution-driven mindset.
- Play a key role in the day-to-day buzz of our business.
