We are looking for a full time experienced hotel receptionist to join our team here at the Grange Manor Hotel

Working 32-40 hours per week, the role will include evenings and weekends

Early shift begins at 7am until 3pm, and late shift 3pm until 11pm

Previous reception experience is essential preferably in a hotel, must have excellent communication skills

Tasks include

* Answering telephone calls

* Replying to guest emails

* Checking guests in and out of the hotel

* Taking credit card and cash payments

* Balancing and banking of payments

* Inputting and checking of future reservations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour
