The Company
Grange Estate Wines Ltd (trading as “The Grange Hampshire”) is a premium and boutique family-run English sparkling wine producer based just east of Winchester. The vineyard was planted in 2011 with wines produced by a local contract wine-maker from 2015 onwards. The vineyard is 10.4 ha and produces an average of 75 tonnes of grapes a year - final production is intended to be about 60,000 bottles and we bottled about 44,000 from the 2025 harvest. In 2022 the company built a 250-tonne winery to bring wine production in-house and to start a small contract wine-making operation for a handful of similarly quality-obsessed producers.

The Role and Responsibilities

The role will involve working hand in hand with founder and CEO, Zam Baring, to develop sales strategies, create sales plans, identify potential clients and ensure a steady flow of sales meetings for you and him to attend. For the right person and given time, this should develop into a Head of Sales role.
