Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Chesterfield. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, manage expense reports, and assist in various operational tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, organising meetings, managing communications on behalf of consultants, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Reports
- Strong capabilities in Executive Support, including scheduling and meeting coordination
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally represent executives
- Proficiency in time management, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous experience in a similar role and relevant professional certifications are a plus
