About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, confident with spreadsheets, and experienced in administration? We are looking for a Stock Control and Administration Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the efficient flow of stock and information within our production and warehouse environment. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, and who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems
- Update stock levels regularly and produce clear stock reports
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock, investigating any discrepancies
- Administer and process orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Provide reports and support internal teams with relevant stock and order information
- Respond to emails and internal queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in improving stock control processes and reporting methods
