Reporting to: Warehouse Manager.
Job Purpose: To help with the smooth running of all Production / Warehouse Activities, whilst at all times adhering to the Company’s rules, regulations and policies, in particular the strict hygiene and Health & Safety rules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in running an efficient operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demands, whilst meeting requirements of the business.
- Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are recorded accurately.
- Ensure all IT systems updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administration of orders.
- Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in continuous improvement.
- Deal and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain filing records as required.
- Attend Meetings when required.
