Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Crews Hole Road, Bristol, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to join our management team. You will provide professional leadership to staff and maintain high standards of care and education.

What will you be doing:
- Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
- Supporting and supervising playroom staff daily
- Deploying staff to meet standards within rooms
- Implementing nursery keycarer procedures and child allocation
- Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Providing professional feedback to parents/carers
- Promoting the nursery to current and prospective families
- Developing positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers
