Grandir UK is seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the digital funnel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams, you will deliver insight-led campaigns that support business growth and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media and Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing
- Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximise return on investment
- Remarketing and Audience Strategy
- Develop and deliver full-funnel remarketing campaigns
- Build and refine audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle stage
- Test new channels and approaches to increase reach and engagement
- CRM and Marketing Automation
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns
- Manage workflows, triggers and segmentation within CRM platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all activity
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Optimise landing pages, adverts and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Plan and execute A/B testing and performance experiments
- Use insights to continuously refine campaign performance
- Reporting and Insights
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support multi-channel attribution and performance tracking
Skills and Experience
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads essential)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO and landing page optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
