Our Radcliffe-on-Trent Day Nursery ,p art of Grandir UK, is currently looking for aEarly Years Practitionerwith Level 2 in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story ortwo, and have funtomeet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practiceand provision in the nurserymeets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
