Our Dicky Birds Day Nursery in Queens Road, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for an Early Years Practitioner with Level 2 in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children to key carers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
