Grandir UK Nursery in Downend, part of Grandir UK, is looking for a Nursery Chef to oversee the kitchen, prepare healthy, nutritious meals for children, and support the nursery team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare six monthly menus, gathering feedback from catering staff, managers, and regional managers
- Support and guide catering staff and Nursery Manager
- Maintain catering standards at the highest level of practice
- Assist the Nursery Manager in recruiting and selecting catering staff
- Audit kitchens regularly, ensuring they meet TCC and PSN requirements
- Ensure kitchen paperwork is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with nursery staff
