Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Walnut Tree is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery
Our purpose-built nursery has been recently refurbished to offer a modern, spacious, and welcoming environment. We are proud to be rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and provide a safe, nurturing space for children.
Our large outdoor spaces encourage daily exploration and play, helping children connect with nature while building confidence, creativity, and independence.

The nursery is conveniently set on one level for easy access and features three dedicated gardens, offering a variety of safe and engaging spaces for learning and play.
Location
Situated behind local shops in Walnut Tree, we are ideally located just 10 minutes from the M1 and A5, 5 minutes from Kingston, and 10 minutes from Bletchley. With excellent transport links.
What you will be doing
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
