Kiddi Caru Leighton Buzzard Nursery and Preschool is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Acting as a liaison between parents and staff for children with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Advising and supporting other Nursery Practitioners regarding children with special educational needs or disabilities
  • Ensuring that appropriate Individual Education Plans are in place
  • Ensuring that relevant background information about children with special educational needs or disabilities is collected, recorded, and updated
  • Keeping up to date with initiatives and best practice
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
