About the Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. You will care for, support, and inspire our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet children’s individual needs
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Carry out interactive tasks such as reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies
  • Act as a positive, practical role model
  • Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff and parents
  • Fully understand and follow safeguarding procedures
  • Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive, professional environment with hands-on experience

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant childcare experience is desirable. The successful candidate will be working towards an Early Years qualification.
