Contract: Full-time

Grandir UK is seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the digital funnel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams, you will deliver insight-led campaigns that support business growth and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media and Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms
    • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing
    • Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximise return on investment
  • Remarketing and Audience Strategy
    • Develop and deliver full-funnel remarketing campaigns
    • Build and refine audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle stage
    • Test new channels and approaches to increase reach and engagement
  • CRM and Marketing Automation
    • Build and optimise automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns
    • Manage workflows, triggers and segmentation within CRM platforms
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all activity
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
    • Optimise landing pages, adverts and user journeys to improve conversion rates
    • Plan and execute A/B testing and performance experiments
    • Use insights to continuously refine campaign performance
  • Reporting and Insights
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
    • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
    • Support multi-channel attribution and performance tracking

Skills And Experience

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads essential)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel strategy
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO and landing page optimisation
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
