What will you be doing:
- Acting as a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
- Ensuring equal access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
- Supervising and supporting children at all times
- Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
- Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
- Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures
- Adhering to updates in policies and practices within required timescales
- Ensuring nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
- Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
- Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
- Respecting confidentiality where appropriate
- Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as needed
