Your role will involve caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our wonderful children. Whether you need 16 hours per week, 40 hours per week, or somewhere in between, GrandFlex employees enjoy all these options with the added benefit of a higher pay rate! Qualified up to Β£14.60.

What will you be doing:

  • Providing a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Adhering to updates in policies and practices within required timescales
  • Ensuring nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
  • Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
