Overview
Join Grandir UK as a Nursery Practitioner Level 3. Receive a £500 welcome bonus and a higher rate of pay up to £14.45 per hour. Flexible hours from 16 to 40+ per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide a positive practice role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained.
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents and children.
- Supervise and support children at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.
- Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices.
- Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale.
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures and operational practices.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and work colleagues.
- Ensure confidentiality where appropriate.
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Nursery Practice or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
