We have clusters of nurseries seeking GrandFlex employees to join our team. Your role will involve caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our children. Whether you need 16 hours per week, 40 hours per week, or somewhere in between, GrandFlex employees enjoy all these options with the bonus of a higher rate of pay! Unqualified staff earn up to Β£13 per hour.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Adhering to any updates to policies and procedures within the required timeframe
  • Ensuring practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reporting concerns or issues regarding policies and practices to your line manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
