Your responsibilities:
- Model positive practice ensuring Grandir UK values are maintained
- Ensure equal access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
- Supervise and support children at all times
- Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices
- Adhere to updates in policies and procedures within the required timescales
- Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
- Report concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
- Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
