Your responsibilities will include:
- Being a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
- Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
- Supervising and supporting children at all times
- Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
- Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
- Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedures
- Adhering to updates in policies and practices within designated timescales
- Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
- Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
- Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
- Ensuring confidentiality when appropriate
- Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
