What You'll Be Doing As a GrandFlex Bank Nursery Assistant, you'll: • Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children. • Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive. • Support children's development through play and planned activities. • Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care. • Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times. What We're Looking For You'll have: • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. • Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable. • A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years. • The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster. • A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
