Kiddi Caru Redhill is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery
At Kiddi Caru Redhill, we follow a play-based, child-centred curriculum inspired by the Curiosity Approach, supporting children to explore, discover and learn through their interests. Our focus is on building confidence, independence and key early skills in a nurturing environment.
Our Location
Located on the Watercolour development just outside Redhill town centre, our nursery is surrounded by nature, including the nearby Moors Nature Reserve, and is within easy reach of Redhill train station, ideal for commuting families.
Our Team
Our experienced and passionate team create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued. Staff work closely with families to support individual development and ensure each child thrives during their early years.
Facilities
We offer well-resourced, age-specific playrooms and multiple outdoor garden spaces, including mud kitchens and a growing garden. Children also benefit from a calming sensory room and a home-from-home environment designed for comfort and exploration.
Activities
Children enjoy a wide range of enriching activities such as Boogie Mites, Mini Mites, yoga, PE sessions, Make and Bake and Forest School. These experiences support physical development, creativity and teamwork through fun, hands-on learning.
Community Outings
Regular outings form a key part of nursery life, including trips to local ponds, parks and shops, as well as visits to a local care home, helping children build confidence and connect with their community.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that the children’s individual needs are identified and met
- Supervise and support the children at all times
- Carry out a wide range of interactive tasks including reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies
- Act as a positive, practical role model for the children
- Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff members and parents
- Ensure you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures
- Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive and professional environment with hands-on experience
