Our Pippins Montessori and Forest School Day Nursery in White Colne, East of Braintree District, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Deputy Manager, with Level 3 or above in Early Years to join our team. You'll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What you will be doing:
- Assist the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery.
- Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
- Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
- Support the Nursery Manager to identify training needs; develop training plans and evaluate training undertaken by staff.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in delivering agreed occupancy targets.
- Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
