Are you passionate about raising quality standards across Early Years settings and supporting teams to achieve exceptional outcomes? At Grandir UK, we're looking for an experienced Early Years professional to join us as an Early Years Manager, leading our Early Learning and Training Partner team and driving quality, compliance, safeguarding and educational excellence across our nursery portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on influencing and supporting others, using data and insight to drive improvement, and ensuring children receive the very best start in life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing our Early Learning and Training Partner team
  • Supporting nurseries to achieve Strong and Exceptional outcomes
  • Driving continuous quality improvement across the nursery estate
  • Supporting Ofsted readiness and inspections
  • Championing safeguarding, compliance and child welfare
  • Using data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
  • Contributing to Grandir UK's Early Years strategy and Early Years Board

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Inspection Framework
  • Proven multi-site Early Years experience
  • Experience leading teams and driving performance
  • A track record of improving quality and outcomes within Early Years settings
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to analyse data and produce high-quality reports
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for children, families and colleagues
