Join our Marketing team to manage and optimise our website and online listings, driving engagement, conversions, and SEO performance. You’ll lead day-to-day website updates, improve UX and CRO, and deliver our SEO strategy—enhancing content, site structure, and technical performance using data-driven insights. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll support campaigns and ensure high-quality digital experiences that meet business goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Website Management & Development
- Manage day-to-day website operations, maintenance, and optimisation, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Build, update, and enhance pages, landing pages, and features in line with marketing campaigns, operational updates, and brand requirements.
- Coordinate internal website update requests and support onboarding of new settings, including content population, URL structuring, and page launches.
- Work with external developers and agencies to deliver technical updates, improvements, and strategic projects.
- Information Architecture (IA) & User Experience (UX)
- Support the evolution of website IA to improve usability, navigation, and content discoverability.
- Analyse user behaviour using heatmap technology, GA4, and CMS insights to identify friction points.
- Implement UX enhancements to improve journeys, accessibility, and engagement, aligning structure with conversion goals.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Lead on-site CRO for key journeys including enquiries, registrations, and lead forms.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing, optimising landing pages to support campaigns, paid media, and email traffic.
- Use behavioural insights, heatmaps, and funnel analysis to drive conversion improvements.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Support the SEO strategy, aligning on-page, technical, and content initiatives with commercial and acquisition objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and on-page optimisation (metadata, headings, copy structure, internal linking, URL hierarchy).
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, developers, and agencies to deliver technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, mobile performance, structured data).
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and site health using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog, embedding SEO best practice in migrations, acquisitions, and new pages.
- Align SEO insights with Paid Search and Growth teams to maximise search visibility.
- Tracking, Measurement & Reporting
- Manage UTMs, QR codes, and tracking frameworks to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
- Monitor and report digital performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Listings & Local Presence
- Manage and optimise nursery listings across Google Business Profiles, directories, and sector platforms.
- Ensure NAP consistency, local SEO best practice, and brand reputation monitoring, including review responses.
- Collaboration & Governance
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Admissions, and IT to deliver website improvements.
- Manage external suppliers, including developers, partners, and agencies.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and quality assurance for all website activity.
- Support continuous improvement through insights, testing, and innovation.
