What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the compliance inbox and responding to queries
- Processing DBS checks for new starters and existing employees where required
- Updating employee records and maintaining accurate information on the HR system
- Maintaining and overseeing the master DBS tracking spreadsheet
- Supporting Nursery Managers and Deputy Managers with compliance processes
- Producing reports for the Compliance Manager
- Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team
- Assisting with compliance and HR projects when required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within Education, Early Years, HR, or a regulated environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
