About Our Nursery
At our Pippa’s House Day Nursery Weybridge, children aged 3 months to 5 years old enjoy exceptional childcare and early years education. Our nursery recognises the unique qualities of each child and provides a stimulating learning environment where their individual development is nurtured and supported. We provide a warm, home-from-home environment where children feel safe and comfortable. Our spacious garden allows children to enjoy outdoor play.
What will you be doing
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
