Our Kiddi CaruDay Nursery in Rushden, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Thirdin Charge. You'll be working hard to help provide professional leadership and assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, share a story ortwo, and have funtomeet the needs of our children.

About Our Nursery

Beautiful homely nursery, four rooms set over two buildings. We follow the Hygge approach to give that extra homely feel along with child led play.

We have a large secure garden with separate baby area. Wide variety of areas of interest including an investigation area, separate sand area and climbing areas. We take r egular walks in the local community and have strong parent partnerships.

Location and Travel

• Staff onsite parking, short walk to town centre.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising and supporting children at all times.
• Preparing and supporting activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.
• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment.
• Following company policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational practices.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required.
