Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Rushden, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team.

  • What will you be doing
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

About Our Nursery

Our Rushden Day Nursery offers a warm, home-from-home environment inspired by the Hygge approach, creating a calm and comforting space where children feel happy, secure, and ready to learn.

With soft lighting, natural elements, and a nurturing atmosphere, we support children as they build confidence, develop new skills, and explore new experiences.

We offer a variety of enriching experiences, including weekly outings to local parks and community spaces, as well as Forest School sessions that encourage a love of nature.

A visiting therapy dog joins us every Thursday and Friday, supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and helping them build positive relationships in a relaxed and engaging way.
