Salary up to £30,410 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

Our Pippa's House Day Nursery in Reigate is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery
Our nursery features three spacious, age-specific rooms designed to support each stage of children’s development, from a cosy and nurturing baby room to a stimulating preschool environment focused on school readiness.
Children benefit from excellent outdoor provision, including two gardens, with a dedicated space for babies and year-round access for toddlers and preschoolers to support active learning and development.

Located in Reigate, our nursery offers convenient transport links via nearby train stations and bus routes, along with on-site parking for ease of access.
What you will be doing
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children appropriately
Ensure that practice and provision meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
Ensure that all staff maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
