Our Pippa's House Day Nursery in Reigate is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

What will you be doing
- Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
- Ensure thatequalityof access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents and children
- Contribute to maintaining anattractive and welcoming environment
- Prepare and supervise activitiesunder the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
- Read, understand and implement allcompany policies, proceduresand operational practices
- Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures and operational practices areadheredto within the required timescale
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of theEarly Years Foundation stage
- Notify your line manager of anyconcerns or issuesregarding company policies, procedures and operational practices
- Maintain apositive attitudeat all times with children, parents, visitors and work colleagues
- Ensureconfidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
- Attend regularstaff meetings, planning meetingsandundertake trainingas required
