Our Dicky Birds Nursery and Preschool on Pelham Road in Wimbledon is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Location and Travel
Dicky Birds Pelham Road is situated on a quiet residential street, a short walk from Wimbledon High Street and Wimbledon Station, with excellent public transport links and nearby bus routes.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
- Ensure all children receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Prepare and support children's activities
- In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment
- Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional and relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
