Our Brislington Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Bristol, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team.
You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Our Kiddi Caru Brislington nursery offers a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and supported, and our experienced team feel supported to grow.
We provide high-quality childcare through our bespoke curriculum, including Make and Bake, Move and Groove, Innovate and Investigate and Sow and Grow.
Children benefit from bright, well-resourced playrooms, spacious outdoor gardens and fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our on-site chef.
Our strong parent partnerships, SENCo support and focus on school readiness help ensure every child is supported to develop their confidence, independence and teamwork skills.
- What Will You Be Doing
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
