About our Nursery
Our well-resourced playrooms provide a safe, creative space where children can explore, learn, and follow their interests. Children move between rooms based on readiness, withBumblebeesfor babies,Ladybirdsfor younger toddlers,Caterpillarsfor older toddlers, andButterfliesfor preschoolers.
Our garden is divided into two areas—one for babies and toddlers, the other for older children—and features a mud kitchen, climbing equipment, and a forest area, offering a stimulating outdoor environment for all ages.
Location and travel
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Hitchin is conveniently situated near Park Gate shops and offers easy access to a local park, just before Swanwick train station. Nestled on Grove Road near the River Purwell. With its central location in Hitchin, our nursery is easily accessible for all.
What you will be doing
Supervise and support children at all times
Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
