We have clusters of nurseries looking for GrandFlex employees to join our team. You’ll be caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our wonderful children. Whether you need 16 hours per week, 40 hours per week, or anywhere in between, GrandFlex employees have it all, with the cherry on top being a higher rate of pay!

Unqualified up to £13 per hour

What will you be doing:

  • Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensure adherence to changes in policies, procedures, and practices within the required timescale
  • Ensure that nursery practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
