Our Facilities

Each of our spaces is thoughtfully designed to support children’s learning, development and well-being throughout their nursery journey. Outdoor learning is a key part of daily life at Pippa’s House Esher, with spacious green grounds encouraging exploration, creativity, confidence and a love of nature through activities such as climbing, digging and outdoor storytelling.

Children enjoy engaging activities including Move & Groove, Make & Bake and our Sow & Grow programme, all designed to support learning and development through play.

Planned outings help children explore the world around them while building confidence and social skills.

Location and Travel

Our flourishing day nursery is set within the beautiful grounds of Sandown Park Racecourse, conveniently located for families in Esher, Cobham, Hinchley Wood and the surrounding Surrey area. Surrounded by open green space yet easily accessible, the location makes drop-offs and pick-ups simple for families.

What will you be doing

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
  • Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
  • Prepare and support children’s activities
  • In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment
  • Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice
