Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Daventry, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Third In Charge to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery


Our Daventry nursery is set within the grounds of Danetre Hospital, offering a convenient and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. What will you be doing



  • Assist the Nursery Manager with theeffective day-to-day management of the nursery.

  • Ensure that all children attending the nursery receiverich and stimulating experiencesappropriate to their age and stage of development

  • Developopen and positiveworking relationships with staff

  • Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery ofhigh-quality childcare practice

  • Support the Nursery Manager toidentify training needs; develop training plansand evaluate training undertaken by staff

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in deliveringagreed occupancy targets

  • Maintaineffective methods of communicationwith children, staff, parents, and carers

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns areactively resolvedin a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager
