You’ll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Grand Flex Bank Nursery Assistant, you’ll
- Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
- Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
- Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
- Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
- What We’re Looking For
You’ll have
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
- The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
