Our Little Monkeys Day Nursery in Horsham is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery:
Recently refurbished in July 2024, our nursery offers bright, spacious rooms in a warm and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.
Facilities:
Our playrooms are well-equipped to support learning and creativity. We also offer a dedicated school leaver room and a separate sleep space for babies.

A large garden provides plenty of space for outdoor play, and regular outings help children explore and engage with the local community.

Located on London Road near Swan Walk Car Park, with Horsham station nearby, our nursery is easily accessible and benefits from being close to Horsham Park.
What will you be doing:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key-carer procedures and allocate children to key-carers appropriately
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
