About Our Nursery:

Pippa’s House Nursery in Ash Vale is committed to providing children with high-quality early years care in a warm, stimulating environment. Every team member works closely with families to answer questions, share progress and support each child’s individual development.

What will you be doing:

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
