WE’RE HIRING – SITE AGENT
Basi Developments Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Agent to manage a 20-unit conversion project comprising 17 flats and 3 houses in Lindfield, West Sussex.
Location: Lindfield, West Sussex
Start: Immediate
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Working hours: 7:30am–4:30pm
Employment type: To be agreed
The role
You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and keep the project progressing to programme while maintaining high standards of health and safety and workmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing site activities, subcontractors and deliveries.
- Monitoring progress against the construction programme.
- Overseeing site health and safety and quality control.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to management.
Essential requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience as a Site Agent, working on new-build and commercial construction projects.
- A valid SMSTS certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple trades and keep works on schedule.
Experience in residential conversions and refurbishment would be an advantage.
