Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out and Condominium Projects)
Responsibilities
- Manage the tendering and bidding process by engaging vendors and negotiating costs to secure competitive pricing
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within budget
- Process monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, and contract variations accurately and timely
- Prepare final accounts upon project completion to ensure accurate financial closure
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing fit-out projects
- Apply strong knowledge of pricing strategies and contract management to project execution
