Responsibilities
- Manage the tendering and bidding process by engaging vendors and negotiating costs to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within budget.
- Process monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, and contract variations accurately and timely.
- Prepare final accounts upon project completion to ensure accurate financial closure.
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing fit-out projects.
- Apply strong knowledge of pricing strategies and contract management to project execution.
