What You’ll Do- Guest Experience + Service Excellence
- Greet Guests warmly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently; clarify preferences and answer menu questions with confidence.
- Prepare Starbucks coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks standards.
- Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in a high‐volume environment.
- Receive payments and follow all cash‐handling and internal control procedures.
- Address Guest questions and concerns appropriately, escalating issues when needed to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Product Quality + Operational Execution
- Follow all Starbucks recipes, beverage specifications, and portion controls.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, equipment, counters, and Guest areas.
- Clean and maintain espresso machines, brewers, and other equipment; report malfunctions promptly.
- Support inventory control, restocking, rotation, and product dating.
- Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and state health regulations.
- Assist with preparation, heating, and finishing of approved food items according to standards.
- Team Collaboration + Culture
- Work cooperatively with Supervisors and fellow Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in pre‐shift meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the shift.

- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Strong Guest service, communication, and basic math skills.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment when responding to Guest needs or operational situations.
- Must be able to secure and maintain a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Compliance with all Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
