As a Room Attendant/Turndown, key to your role will be:

  • Working in a fast-paced high energy environment maintaining areas within the hotel, including guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards; replenishing guest supplies and at all times maintaining exceptional service levels
  • Ensure all allotted rooms are turned down to The Grand Standard
  • Complying with all company health and safety, policies and reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.
