Grand Union Health Centre is a friendly teaching practice in West/Central London. CQC rated us Good overall and Outstanding for Well-led. We're looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team of 19 GPs and 3 GP trainees, caring for around 20,000 patients.

- Six in-house pharmacists, so prescription queries stay minimal
- Manageable sessions: 15 face-to-face + 3 telephone appointments (AM), 10 face-to-face + 3 telephone (PM), [X]-minute appointments, [with protected admin time]
- One problem per appointment. Patients with more than one concern book further appointments, so you can give each problem proper time
- Not a total triage practice
- Secretarial support for dictated letters, referrals, advice and guidance and ers
- Specialist in-house clinics (paediatrics, geriatrics), with the chance to sit in with specialists
- Mentorship for newly qualified GPs, plus regular clinical meetings and peer support
- Modern systems: SystmOne, SystmConnect, Accurx, Heidi
- Free parking, outside the Congestion Charge zone, and a short walk from Royal Oak station
- NHS Pension, 6 weeks' annual leave pro-rata, 1 week study leave pro rata. Indemnity reimbursed.
About us
We are a large multidisciplinary team: GPs and GP trainees, a practice nurse, 6 HCAs, 6 pharmacists, and an admin team of 21. We are part of West Hill Health PCN. We look for new ways of working that give our clinicians a sustainable, supportive environment, and we care for our patients with empathy and respect while keeping clinical standards high.
