We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Event Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising revenue opportunities, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service from their first enquiry through to booking confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities from new and existing enquiries.
- Conduct venue show-rounds and client meetings, presenting Grand Station to the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Follow up enquiries and manage the sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets.
- Work closely with the wider sales and events teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system (Bitrix), ensuring customer data remains up to date and accurate.
- Monitor key performance indicators including enquiries, appointments, conversions, and sales revenue.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve performance.
- Contribute new ideas and initiatives to support business growth.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Grand Station at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational and audit requirements.
- Attend regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
